My name is Connor James Brady and I am a 23-year-old Pittsburgh PA native currently living in Salt Lake City UT.

I have academic training that includes communications and constructing various types of marketing strategies and practices – social media marketing, marketing campaigns, news writing, editing, research, interviewing, rebranding campaigns, and digital marketing. I am a recent graduate of the University of Utah, and currently, have one year of professional work experience in social media marketing and outreach as well as three years of writing/journalism experience writing for a digital/printed magazine.

At the University of Utah I worked on campaigns where I was a researcher/writer and then the creative lead, which gave me the responsibility of creating logos, graphics, posters, web ads, radio ads, and editing a commercial. I have experience working with real-world professional clients as well as experience working with a small team in a fast-paced environment. Outside of class I co-hosted a sports radio talk show that aired on K-Ute radio giving me the responsibilities of writing and researching content to talk about as well as gave me experience in live broadcasting and audio editing.
After graduation I have worked as an Advertising Specialist and currently as a Community Manager. In these roles I have written and produced ads to be featured on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram as well as check the analytics to monitor performance. Other responsibilities include collaborating with communications managers to coordinate online presence with consultants and admin for Facebook pages with over 20,000 members and writing fresh new copy daily. As a Community Manager I have Developed a voice for my company that has stayed consistant through our social channels as well as in our advertising and branding.
Outside of work I have written for Salt Lake Underground (SLUG) Magazine for almost three years. Slug is a music and alternative lifestyle magazine. I have gained great experience in researching, writing, and editing articles of mine while sticking to a
strict deadline.
